WFH so no rushing home for the game tonight. Finishing off minions objectives is the name of the game today, luckily very few meetings to get in the way. May do a few weights at some point.

Another blue sky day in the Highlands.

No plans as yet, I think I might have broken Mrs Wakemalcolm. We've managed 9 Munros since DD2 left, which is a record for a scout camp but we've got great weather and 3 more days until her return. Have to move on today, the leisure battery is fecked and only holds charge for a day at most.

Early mist/cloud but still warm and that will burn off. Clean all the dust off the gravel bike and adjust the gears, then 2nd shingles jag later, apparently I am to expect some side effects !

Tired, early start for work on Monday and then running club means 4:40 alarm 😢

Work snizzle, another easy run later and then maybe to a friends for a bbq followed by watching then game (probably at home so I can see it with the youngest)
