Out early for the Wednesday club ride, a steady but warm 68 miles. I seem to have got sunburnt through my Italian tan, who’d thought it in the UK.

Evening all. Just a tad warm today. Managed to twinge the back do feeling a little sore/stiff. Hopefully it will do one rapid as I've to much to do. My fault, still think I'm young and built like a brick outhouse. Try to assist / advise eldest entitled brat on his next car. 😖

Well we rearranged the barriers at Spa but Imola was an absolute hoot. Must get my backside in gear and buy my own sim racing kit.

It's been plenty warm enough here in North Yorks, sunny all day and still warm now. Bit of walking and touristing, followed by a decent pint and a fish supper.
Bit more of a walk planned tomorrow.
Excellent bike shop in Settle and lots of roadies pedalling through.
