I actualy got it on a tiny slide on Como with the kids. Slipped down a 1m slope and my leg just pulled out from underneath me.
Trying to get back to shore was fun...

So no running, swimming or fun activities for me for a while.

Managed a shorter ride at reasonable pace, just got out of puff at the end so must be improving. Cafe stop for a powdery scone and a coffee. Chilly though only 12c at 10am.

Afternoon.
Been out on Wednesday social ride, just over 70 miles done. It was a bit cold and windy quite a contrast from last Wednesdays 30 plus degrees. Later seems to be cheese fondue.

Back home now after a day of handfettling aka sharpening tools over in t'Gardens. A wee bit o' sun roon aboot here, cloud now back over. Feeling jeffed. Though do have a baggie of fresh veges and fruit as a freebie thank you for volunteering. Nom nom.
