Today will be coffee first but mostly shores.

Sunshine and a light breeze up here. Definitely need to get out and enjoy it.

Food poisoning has now given way to reactive arthritis, which isn't a problem during the day but has me wriggling like a dying fish stuck on the quayside of a downtrodden east coast fish market cut adrift by an incoherent post Brexit fisheries policy at night.

Apart from that, I'm fine.
