There's no difference mon - fri unless (a) I'm ill or (b) it's blowing a gale in me face! Then it's harder than the krypton factor!

agree with PJ, I cycle everyday if I can, however I have decided to introduce a rest day just to keep me fresh as I plan to do a longer weekend rides soon. I think the other question you may need to ask is how far is your commute. Some of us on here do upwards 20miles a day, personally I do 30 as a round trip. ( thats on fixed as well)

Well I do seven day commutes, does that count?

Probably the first, felt sluggish and tired (today) on the way back but I improved.I've only got a two day this me but I've just done seven.

Every day , all weathers, only been by car once in the last 2 years.
Monday love it being back on the bike.
Tuesdays is okay
Wednesday I think its half way
Thursday, you know you only have one day left and Friday is Friday
Love cycling home Friday knowing I have a lie in on Saturday !

All week commuter here, theres no pattern, if the Sunday ride has been hard the legs can be a bit dead on Monday, if works been very busy I might find I've got Friday legs by the end of the week.

I never really think about my 100+ miles a week at the moment,5 day commute,I just get on with it. If I did I would always say to myself "you can get the train tomorrow" and know I would feel fresh as a daisy.

Five day a week commute for me, then Saturday off and a club ride on Sunday. As others have said the wind is the biggest problem when it starts blowing hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
