Yeah, I'll bet!!

I'm a very tired puppy tonight. Riding fixed is blimmin hard work compared to riding the 'bent. I get out of breath both uphill and downhill!!!!

It's probably partly fixed wheel, and partly that what little fitness I have is all recumbent. There's a small but significant difference in specificity.

I liked fixed wheel I was looking at the fixed bikes in Evans yesterday which had the proper fixed frames as opposed to what I rode about ten years ago.

Fixed is good I found it easier than my normal bike...less weight also.
