For sale is my weider body works total gym £20 collected .
Well used and a great machine for an all over work out but due a recurring shoulder injury /trapped nerve (non related to this ) i avoid doing gym work nowadays so its sitting in the shed .
You use your body weight and angle of the seat to alter difficulty and you can target pretty much all muscle groups .The original tape on the pull up bar has gone but im sure something like handlebar tape would pad it up nice .
Collection from South Derbyshire only as its hefty but can be dismantled enough to get in a hatchback/estate with the back seats down .
Below is a piccie taken from a website , mines in the shed and its a bit dark atm but i can take some photos if your interested , mines all grey with an all grey seat
