I have just been very tempted with marmite crisps but had an apple instead, that's what the site is helping me do - think amount how many cals are left (or not!) at the nibbling end of the day. I also (at least for the moment) seem to have stopped eating that extra meal at 4pm when I get in from work. Next Weigh in thursday for me.

, but I am eating less, and eating more healthily. My clothes feel looser, so I think I am gaining some muscle from the Pilates.
Also, in Pilates, this week, managed to bend at the waist and touch my toes with my legs very very nearly straight, and do some of the moves that were impossible six weeks ago. I am doing more walking and less eating of crisps. I just wish this hard work was reflected in the scales.
