Errr - hang on a minute ... you've managed all this without being on your bike for most of the time ???

Sounds like a eviction from CC is in order ! :ninja: ... lest you upset some here who have not achieved their weight-loss goals while continuing to cycle ... ;)

Excellent results :bravo: and keep at it ! :wahhey:

Thanks to you all...

I'm so close to my newly chosen goal of 14st I can almost smell it!

I do need to get back on the bike and down the gym though, I haven't been doing either thanks to my health issues!

It's messing up my fat distribution and I need to get cardio and resistance training in to help it all appropriately redistribute itself! I mean it's like my clavicles stick out like I'm malnourished and yet I've still got a gut (albeit smaller than it was)...

One aspect of our weight-loss that is really good is that it has been a change of eating habits and lifestyle. That is so important because it is sustainable and you can carry it on and remain slim and svelte ^_^ (or your best approximation to it !) which, allied to cycling and gym :training:, will get you shaped up and incredibly macho in short order.

Well done; I remember reading your original posts detailing your rides around the local park and it's great to see how you've changed!!!
