I tell ya the biggest difference has got to be that I feel cold all the time! I ain't got a foot if blubber round me anymore!

But in all seriousness I feel good! I can run after busses, play with my nephew, walk up stairs...all without getting sweaty and breathless.

As said, biking has been nigh on non existent for the last 5 or 6 months but I'm planning on getting back out there soon!

:bravo:Well done on the weight loss Swampy!
Missing your funny cycling stories: if you can't get on the bike, you should just make some tales up to keep us going until you can

Hmm well I wouldn't call myself skinny!
Well, I got skinny from one winter to the next and that's when I noticed feeling extra cold.

I've lost 2 stone out of the 4 that I wanted to lose but haven't felt too cold this winter. It should be warmer by the time I've lost the rest, but I expect I'll feel cold next winter!
I just hope the reverse is true and in summer I won't spend the whole time sweltering!
When fat, I used to feel okay in thew winter, but sweltered in the summer - that was when we actually had good summers!

When skinny, I used to feel cold in winter, but comfortable in the summer.

Well done fella, that is very impressive!
I used to be 17 stone and now sit around 12.5-13 (depending on how strict I have been). It's important to get to a set weight and be happy, but as Colin said it's easy to relax too much and take for granted how far you've come.
I tend to eat what I want IF I've done some good exercise. If not, I try and say to myself Go for a ride tomorrow, then you can have the chocolate/cake/sweeties etc

You have done so well and look fantastic! All your hard work has paid off.

Wow! Swampy! You look great!!
I'm massively impressed. I'm really struggling to shed a stone and there you go and drop several!
Good on you!

...now you will find all kinds of opportunities present themselves that didnt before...if you can change something as tough as this you can change anything...make anything happen...I went from being unable to ride to th eend of my drive to riding across america because of a similar journey.
Just keep riding now and all will be cool. Cracking story!!
