The strap on my Izone Arc front light which I had for six months broke on a ride on Friday, probably due to rubber fatigue. On Friday evening I sent a rather optimistic email to the manufacturer telling them what happened and where i brought it from and asked if there was any chance of acquiring a replacement strap. The same evening I heard from Tredz who said they had been told about the situation for the manufacturer. They said they would see if they could find a replacement strap anywhere in their warehouse. On Monday they emailed to say they had found one off a faulty light. Now, on Tuesday, it has just arrived by TNT express completely free of charge. Excellent customer service I have to say!
