Having put up with a barking dog from the next street for the summers of 2010-11 and now 12.I put in a formal complaint.Dates, times, weather conditions.Well took a phone call this morning and the owners are getting a letter which will inform them that they are going to be visited and the dog looked at.I am going to get a visit and to see if the dog barks while they are here. And a form of monitoring is going to take place and i also have to do more reports. So finally maybe some quiet is on the horizon.

Fingers crossed something can be done. I can imagine it's a very frustrating situation. Let along not nice for the dog being left alone to bark all day. It's not the dogs fault, it's the owners.

What do you do when the enemy is within? My youngest took it on herself to get a lovebird. Bloody hell. Every morning at dawn, and I mean dawn, cheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheep (breathe in) cheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheep (breathe in) cheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheep cheepcheepcheepcheep cheepcheep (breathe in) cheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheep cheepcheepcheepcheep cheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheepcheep (breathe in)

...doesn't generally go on for more than 20 or 30 minutes, mind.

YeGods.

Can I get the authorities to come and remove the five children (and their LOUD Italian father) from living above us?

Yesterday, four of the five brats were crying at the same time; and there is almost a constant crying from at least one of them. FFS! :hyper: :banghead:

@Dayvo March upstairs, knock on the door, slap your chest, look indignant, and say "ma che cazzo?" Then march off back to your place. That'll possibly do the trick.

^_^

Not outside my actions!

From My Bellavita:
1. Ma che cazzo
Most often muttered when someone does or says something you don’t understand and partnered with the uplifted pinched fingers. It means, “what the F&ck are you talking about?”
And it is fun to say.

If you take off the "are you talking about", then you're there. More like WTF? as a sign of indignation, annoyance etc. I think it'll do the trick.
Possibly better than "tu madre succhia cazzi all'inferno"

The exceedingly fat ba5tard renting the house behind ours has had loud dogs for years, somtime on long chains etc. More recntly he's had puppies in a cage (admittedly quite large), geese, pigs a cockerel and a peacock. I've heard he's a nasty piece of work and clearly could not give 2 5hits about his neighbours.

We've notified the council and RSPCS a few times over the years but typical of this PC effin world we live in, they seemed to be powerless. We recently contacted the council again and they have got involved. He's actually got 9 dogs as well as the other animals. They want to prosecute him and we've recently had noise monitoring equipment in the house, which we've switched on when we've heard the noise, which can go on for hours at anytime, day or night.

I hope he either moves or drops dead and his twat of a landlord has an awful lot to answer for!
