It'll be ... interesting ... to say the least, to watch its progress. I wonder if TfL or whoever is administering this, will be accepting video evidence from cyclists and other road users?

I wonder how many actually bother with a license and insurance, so they might get a bit of shock!
Not to mention the fact that I'm sure some takeaways just have pool bikes...so the registered keeper is going to have to give up whoever was riding at the time.

That's said I saw 2 yoofs on an underpowered hairdryer yesterday who had covered up the reg plate with some black cloth. Yoof 2 was only wearing a hoodie too, no helmet
