so far the crank arm is falling off and the tires look used. i tried to call them they want me to ship a entire dang bike to them. they wont even answer if its normal it had a different. brand tires on it well im no longer haveing a ebike

7 its true you get what you pay for but at least i fixed the crank arm issue. but battery life now seems as if it was used. and the power assist is very jerky
