I don't like the heat for either sleeping or cycling, so I s hand miss it. Indeed, in a big kid and my.favourite time of year is when heavy snowfall strikes.

Having endured the stress of skin cancer in my 20s is another reason not to be a Sun bunny.

Despite the decent average temperatures most months this year have produced a higher than average rainfall, so it's a hardly a summer to be misty eyed over.

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
Its been a mixed bag here. Some very hot and humid weather here. A lot of streams dried up altogether. Its been raining for a few day now, but we are expecting a late splurge of good weather this week. After that, its anyones guess.

Been fairly average here, weather-wise. Niggling injuries have kept my cycling miles to a 5 year low but motorbike mileage at a 5 year high, so not all bad .

Pretty good here which has made it even more annoying missing most of it due to injury. We are in for another couple of really nice weeks too. Sun is currently streaming in and looking like being a gorgeous day. I don't know if I maybe suffer from SAD but my mood is always so much better on days like this. The thought of dark, dreary winter days is already depressing!

It got off to a good start for me...mixed weather but I had some great days out on the bike.
Oh, and I purchased my hybrid

The last 4 weeks (off the bike) have been hell....but I'm back to it now and will continue through the winter, like I did last year

Completely cr*p, like last year. Total of 8 weeks hospitalised or bed ridden, 8 months not working so far, learning to walk again twice, learning to walk with correct leg movements 4 times. Dealing with hefty drug withdrawal making me a mental wreck, and still being no nearer to an answer.

On the plus side, cycling is part of the recovery each time round, so I've covered about 2000 miles in the past year....

Well you did ask:thumbsup:

Crap.Worst year .A couple of health problems, sorted now.The days i did allocate for cycling were mostly crap.Take today, yesterday i knackered myself tidying up our lawn and my neighbours three lawns, and weeding.I look after his garden as an act of friendship. This meant i could go out today. So last night i laid out all my gear.Awoke this morning 06-10,looked out wet,i rang my mate it was drizzling at his place.Weather forecast cannot guarantee a dry day,so stuck here again.Typical of this year.Ah well thursday is my next free day. Here's hoping.
