Well that was embarrassing!

Went out for a ride on Saturday night down a shared use path besides a river (after a stint along the coast first). I got to the end of the path and decided to pop into some bushes (you know what I mean). I finished up and was adjusting myself because my base layer had unravelled itself.
Infortunately as I was doing this in the light of my bike, a ninja cyclist appeared right in front of me. I had to immediately stop what I was doing because it looked wrong on so many levels. I had to jump out of his way and I could see that he was averting his eyes.

This all happened at about 9.30pm. I then continued on my ride and when I was about 5 miles away from home (I headed back to the coast) I saw him again going over a bridge (he didnt see me). He affectively did the same 16 mile route that I had done which gave me a little shock.

Has anyone else on here had any embarrassing moments like this?

I got a bit 'uncomfortable' down there on my tour of Germany in June, and stopped to use a baby wipe to freshen up a bit. I was mid-cleanse when I saw a bemused old lady sat on a bench near the river watching me....does that count?

Nothing worse when out on a ride and you have to find bushes to pee in....even worse if you're female and you have to drop your shorts and squat

Yeah but that's just abusing yourself if you do that

As a girl I have found the wonders of the Shewee...makes peeing in a bush on a ride a little less embarrassing

A great invention, although using it the first couple times I did find myself experiencing a bit of 'stage fright' and not being able to pee as I was too aware of standing up!

I had to go at the top of Ditchling and only avoided a group of walkers by mere seconds. Mind you, I was cold, wet and miserable and beyond caring by that point
