nice loop i ride it from the top of leamlane to birtley then join route 7 to sunderland along to southshields n upto monkton wagonway to leamlane its a smashing route,must have been busy at sunderland today with the airshow being on though. glad yi enjoyed it.

i was at roker for about half ten so it wasnt really that busy, apart from a security bloke trying to stop me peddling throiugh the closed road signs, but one quick finger salute, and telling the jobsworth tw at where to gan, it was canny like,

lol i was there last sunday morning the colour run was on it yi cudnt get moved! was nice to see so many ladys having a paintfight in the rain lol.
