Quite a repetitive one

If you move along the road you see that the 2 cyclist have hit each other. It is difficult to see what order the photos go in as the Google Camera Car swaps from one side of Stokes Croft to the other.
This is the one immediately prior to your one.

The skateboarder has moved down the hill (one way moving away from the crash). It looks to me as if both were in the wrong - one going the wrong way up the hill and the other RLJ. Shame it is at the start of a run as that means there are no previous shots.

Personally I think you're all confused, while the guy in black may appear to be wearing a cycle helmet, it's actually a cyclist hurdling helmet.

He must have been hurdling cyclists and clipped the high vis human hurdle with his trailing leg.

Easily done you know.

I was a student at the time, and I remember having problems finding enough money to mend the bike and pay bus fares while it was off the road. Caused by diesel I think, and the damage was done by the Anglo Saxon (?) Hoarde parked in the road - a DAF (remember them?). The bike came off worse than I did.
