I used to take a fresh pack with me and keep the surplus from the existing one back so I would be able to have one in the morning.

Well done you.

I've never smoked, in fact I've not even had a drag on one. They stink. And cigarette breath is actually quite disgusting.

Oddly enough it's the seventh or eighth anniversary of me stopping smoking as well this weekend. Picked up a bad cold at the Silverstone Classic and stopped smoking on the Sunday because I felt so bad - and never started again.

21st September 2001, ten days after the date we all remember. I read the Alan Carr book. I remember it as one of the four most important dates in my life. The day I arrived, the day I stopped injesting nicotine, the day I got twatted off my bike, and the day I married Lullabelle. The four best things that happened to me. As it is, three and four wouldn't have happened without two.

well done mate . cancer sticks are awful pointless smelly things that should be banned .

made me laugh a few weeks ago when doing some work with chemicals in my workshop a young lad refused to come into it because all fumes were bad for him so he went outside for a cancer stick until i had finished . the chemicals were not bad in any way they just smelt a bit strong .
