I'm 53 and it told me that my heart-age is 57. It also told me that I'm overweight - I'm actually 5 foot 11 with a 34 inch waist. It's not a heart-age calculator, it's a random number generator.

Don't know blood pressure or cholesterol. But blood pressure doesn't give blood tranfusion service any worries and they haven't commented on cholesterol. Only problem is my weight but clicking on bring that down brings it from 66 to 64 and I still could live to 82. I'm 62. If I reduce everything it brings it down to 60 and I can expect to live to 83.

My dad made it to 83. He was more overweight than me. He'd smoked for over 40 years but stopped when he was 60. It was asbestosis and cancer that got him. Linked to his working life for the NCB and CEGB.
He had been into cycling when younger but had given up, before I was born, when he was 21.

I think the oldest recorded living creature was a Galapagos Island tortoise. It lived to 175 years old, and died of heart failure ( ironically) as long as your heart age is less than that, you’ll be okay
"Hafrún/Ming was dredged off the northern coast of Iceland in 2006. On the basis of counting the annual growth bands on the cross-sectional surface of the hinge region of the shell, researchers announced that the clam was 405 years old."

"In 2013, another assessment of the age of Hafrún/Ming was carried out counting bands which were measured on the sectioned surface of the outer shell margin and this was verified by comparing the banding patterns with those on other shells that were alive at the same time; this confirmed that Hafrún/Ming was 507 years old when it was caught. The revised age estimate is also supported by carbon-14 dating."

Your BMI is 30.3 Obese
People with an obese BMI (30 or higher) are at a far greater risk of serious health conditions, including heart disease, stroke, Type 2 diabetes and certain cancers.

Damn straight. If it had bothered to ask it's know I have 19" pipes and a 53" chest/back, and that's why I'm so heavy.

This has made me very angry, which is making my blood pressure rise, and....urgh....argh.....gurgle....thump.

It's a bit more complicated than that...
My heart age is supposedly only 4 years over my real age, despite being significantly overweight. There is no marker for being pretty fit. Even more absurdly, if I set all the lifestyle improvement indicator sliders - lose weight, lower cholesterol and lower blood pressure - it only comes down by 2 years.
