Boy racers at 445 am caught me up in a pinch point in Leyton all good fun.

Well I take it they were boy racers...they could have been anyone...driving dangerously and at speed racing or chasing each other...who knows.Yes got out of it but it was particulary hairy at the time to see a car bearing down on me at speed and rwalising I can't get out of the pinch point.

Mine was more like 4.41 tbh,just rounded up for you stay in bed types
Lovely ride home in the sunshine as well,and I get to do it all again tomorrow before I go back to the normal 6.40am on monday.

Foggy as anything up here for most of the afternoon - visibility to about 30-50ft. Lovely morning though.

I went for my first 'proper' ride (ie not a commute) on my road bike, a 20 mile lap of Langstone harbour. The start of my training regime for the IoW randonee. My only complain, apart from not having the seat quite far enough back, was the head wind was replaced half way around with the sun shining in my eyes. But a pleasant afternoon and it was nice to get out of the city for a bit.

Yeah it's been lovely today, out and about doing errands/at t'plot this morning, chopping wood this afternoon. Good stuff, just pondering a glass of wine now. Hmmmmm.
