What is the story with these members of society?

Why don't they get to a certain age and stop dressing, talking and acting like complete idiots.

Just encountered one there who must have been in his late 40's, dressed in shorts, stupid trainers, gold chains and rings, top off, baseball hat at that stupid angle shouting and swearing at his wife/girlfriend in the street in front of people sitting outside a cafe.

Dressed, spoke and acted like a 13 year old with an ASBO

We were cycling through Glasgow, and a group of Neds were hassling a local shop

This frail little old lady about half their size came out and gave them a verbal tirade that made my ears blush

They just stood there and took it, mumbled an apology and left

I would love to know who she was, as if that had bee n Portsmouth she would not have been respected
