they're not aero or multispoke wheels?

have a look on sheldon brown's website, he shows how to do different spoke patterns on a normal rim and hub to get a similar effect.

however, most other spoke patterns, including radial, are not very good for use on rough terrain or disk brakes. (radial is ok for font wheel, non disk brake.)

Google up "Low spoke count wheels" - seems to yield a fair few results (some of them might be useful in tracking down a manufacturer too)

i never use my bike for off road, just long bike rides, along roads. yes yes "get a road bike". but remember, im different, difficult, and weird.

You won't get the wheels for less than 50 quid each and tbf, I wouldn't spend that much just for looks.
