My one vice is over eating. I know I'm doing it but cant seem to stop it, so I regard it as an addiction.

I dont smoke, gamble or drink to excess, but somehow I cant stop myself from constantly picking at food. Every time I walk into the kitcvhen I will open the fidge or cupboards to see what I can eat. I will eat anything and everything. I just can't kick the habit!
