I've got Beautiful Sin playing at the moment. One of the most powerful female rock singers around. (Magali Luyten. Belgian apparently)

Right now? Pride by U2, before that Desire, before that Vertigo.
After this I may sample some Queen, Ska, Wild Billy Childish And The Blackhands, Lord Tanamo or Plastic Bertrand, I really don't know what I fancy. Helps pass the night shifts though.

Billy Childish is good, Browser. Just been listening Howlin Rain but some gentler Silver Jews before bed now. American Water, one I never listened to as much as some, but liking now.

The same Billy Childish from "the Milkshakes" - got a betamax video of them and "the Prisoners" on Channel 4's the Tube in 82ish! Graham Day of the Prisoners and Childish are buddies(I think), I'm sure they've collaberated on many Medway projects

I absolutely love "the Prisoners"(fave band) - several posts on this thread.

James Taylor(English one) of the James Taylor Quartet started of in the Prisoners.

The whole Medway thing was pretty influental - Childish and Day have had loads of project bands.
