Onto some zydeco now. I've just realised why I like it (and bluegrass) so much. It's basically swing ska with drink.

Caught in the Webb - a tribute album to Webb Pierce. These kind of records can be dreadful but this one is first rate*, all top quality even the old wheezing duets whore Willie Nelson (great songwriter but awful singer).
