Listening to ; The Prisoners, Pixies, Badly Drawn Boy, Small Faces, Placebo, Doves, Rage Against the Machine, The Charlatans and Big Country(never listened for 20yrs - brilliant, Stuart Adamson what a waste of a talent,RIP!), Oh! and flicking between Radio 2 / XFM. Over the week not all at once.

Need something to inspire me on my daily fitness cycles, now its getting colder.

Yeah big waste re Stuart Adamson, being a Dunfermline ( was going to say girl but at my age ) I grew up seeing him around.

Whilst at college(Falkirk Tech) - I worked at a BP petrol station in Netherton Broad Street, Dunfermline(23yrs ago ), and Big Stuart Adamson would pop in with his wee boy(Callum,I think?). He was really nice and polite with a lot of time for people, and didnae drive a big fancy car(Renault 21 estate) - like you'd expect a "Rock Star" to do . Think he lived around that area(the Glen). When you think how big his band were(they played LIVE AID etc ) - a lot of todays Rock/Pop stars could learn a thing or two from his humility!!!!!!!!

Nice day! Time for the daily speed trial around the Falkirk Circular - bout 18miles!!!!!!!!!
