Here's what I have planned!

This morning I will be wrapping my grandsons Christmas presents....I know, I said the C word!!!
I am going to visit my daughter on October 31st - she has just left the Army after 10 years service with the Household Calvary (musician with the Blues and Royals)

(Ignore the date on the photo, it was new and I hadn't set it lol)

She has moved into her own house in Cambridgeshire after living in London/Windsor for the past 10 years...her husband is still serving.
So, to save postage, I bought the presents early and am taking them with me!
Next on the list today is to set up/adjust my bike. That has to wait until my husband gets out of bed later after his week of night shift.

The rest of the week involves school meetings for my son, a dental appointment and a weekly walk, which I co-run, for a disabled walking group.
I also hope to get out on the bike for my first ride in 6 years!

Got my daughters dentist appointment this afternoon, then as from tomorrow night I am working night shifts until Friday morning, then the morning I finish work, I'll go and start my other part time job ( a small furniture & antiques business ). With any luck I'll get a few miles Inbetween on the bike

I've watched her do it all over the years...Tattoos, Queens Birthday Parade, Lord Mayors show, Horse of the Year show etc etc.
Never from atop a bike though.....

We were to have a German couple coming to stay with us but the wife phoned to say they can't make it now. He's as bald as a coot, so I was going to call him Herr Loss. Shame, I'll have to save the gag till next time.

Come on a Sunday London Ride and you get to see the horses (self, Martin235) and a few Tattoos (Ian, Audrey) and often a fat boy to boot.(User10571) Well, not to boot, but to nudge gently should the need arise.

I'm in Scotland and she's just moved away from London so I don't know when I'll get the chance again.
But it's on my bucket list now
