Just realised I have not eaten since lunchtime on Boxing Day

I have drunk plenty

Erm.....serious advice.....get a kebab!

I had a home made curry. I have kilo's of chilli's from this year's firehavest so i'm starting to consider chilli as one of my essential food groups:

1) wine
2) kebabs
3) chillis
4) bread
5) chocolate
6) maximuscle

I made some out of leftover chilli's. I call it "Wapping Fire". Sadly waitrose weren't interested in a bulk order, so the rest of the chillis are in the freezer....and greenhouse.

Some very old Ryvitas with mature cheddar and blackcurrant jam and a pot of rhubarb yoghurt for pudding.

2 raw carrots
1 raw tomato
1 small apple
1 slice of home cooked gammon ham
2 slices of bread without butter
