Not thought about anything yet although Riverman's Salibury to Swindon ride sounds a good idea.

Just realised that its not going to be as good as France because there will be a distinct lack of cake.
Only if you're not organised. I think the Orcadians have cake, you'll just have to stock up where you find it.

I'm pondering cycling Lowestoft to Aberwrsytwth. Problem is Birmingham is in the way. I've also wondered about doing Dungeness to Dounreay (which I read someone else doing). I've done LEJOG before, but this would give me a chance to go down the eastern side of the Penines. I keep thinking one summer I'll ride the Channel to the Med, but I'm not sure about accommodation or the poor exchange rate. And I've wondered about cycling around Iceland, but I dunno about that one.

Devon coast to coast is a definate for me this year and i'd like to have a few days out at some of the MTB trail centres and ride some of the sustrans routes around the south west
