What bike to buy

I am looking for a new bike to buy, I am looking to cycle around 50-80 miles a week and 5.9ft. My budget is around£400-£500. Can anyone recommend any bikes for me. Thanks

Will your cycling be just on roads or will you be cycling off road or a mixture. If its just roads, are there hills to climb. The type of cycling you're planning to do may steer you towards a particular bike type, MTB, Hybrid or road bike.

I will second this as long as I'm on here been out tonight on mine for first time, a steady 20mile and I must say an absolute beauty to ride, and gear change is so smooth and brakes are the best I have had for a long while, best £299 I have ever spent.... You won't go wrong
