What cleats do I need to get??

I've got these

And I'm gona try clip less , not major race styler just for commuting so I was thinking along the lines of shimanos double sided pedal , so is their specific cleats I need for them , are the shoes suitable as they are just lidless cheapies but ideal for a bit of walking as well , any reccs to get them as well?

thats ace ,,thanks for the quick response ,,i think they pedals are kinda middle ground ,,iv been told before that they are spd compatible but iv never bought /ridden clipless,,,where du recc ,,decathlon ,,theyrs one closeby or online ,,any retailer you know of doing a special on these just now?

M-520's are good and come with cleats for less than £25 if you shop around. Chian reaction, Parker Int, Merlin.

Cleats on their own are about £12 - so a good deal. And it's MTB style SPD's you need.

theyres a pair that i think are the same,they look identical

,,but it says in the ad spd-r ??i take it these are diff and not compatible ,,it makes sense to try and use these ,,i got them fitted to my roadie and just changed them right away cos i thought they were unuseable

To use those pedals you will need to:

1. find SPD-R cleats
2. get a shoe whick takes SPD-R cleats
