What do I do with these?

I got these with a chain degreasing tool to clean bits and bobs. I seem to be guessing what to use where so can anyone please let me know what I'm supposed to do with them?

for cleaning..

frame, wheels - as in tyres, between the spokes, anywhere needing a good scrub (such as chain or cassette) and getting the crap out from between the cassette rings...

Thanks, yeah, I guessed that but not sure what to use where. I'm just sort if making it up but sure there's a purpose for each.
