Robinsons Fruit and Barley for short rides, High 5 for long ones.

water/squash/water with glucose added/high 5 - depends on the length of the ride and the weather

Hasn't been warm enough to feel I need anything so far. Once it warms up I will probably just use some of the High 5 tabs as I don't really like the taste of water out of plastic bottles.

Water with Nuun Kola, for rides longer than 90 minutes, just plain tap water otherwise.

Just water but if it's a really taxing ride then a mineral replacement added to the water. Just take a look first at your mineral replacement to see if it has magnesium in it, some don't and magnesium is important, and helps reduce the risk of cramps I believe.

Depends on the intesity/length of the ride for me too.
Water, diluted juice,+ salt, + salt & sugar , energy tablets or powder have all been in my bottle.

Quite dreadful
Weak lemon squash with a teaspoon of salt and one of sugar.
Water is boring. The other stuff's expensive.

for short rides so far nothing, when it gets warmer for short rides it will be water mixed with Gatorade G2 in a plastic bottle, longer rides it will be the larger thermal bottle with ice, water and Gatorade G2 mixed. The glacier freeze and fruit punch are my favorite flavors. ;)
