What do you recommend as a good brandy ie NOT Cognac/Armanac etc...just brandy

Maybe snobbish but I do prefer my cognac/brandy in a balloon glass.
But your suggestion sounds good.

Agreed, but it does have to be the 7-star. The quality difference between that and the 5-star is a lot bigger than the price difference.

When we go on holiday to Greece, I always bring back at least a litre.

I understand the difference and normally drink Cognac but fancy trying a brandy.
Somebody bought me a decent brandy (years ago).......it was very nice but I can't recall what it was..... what have you enjoyed?

My favourite brandy. Bloody lovely.

It's now my goto spirit.
I have nice whiskeys, but that just hits the spot and is great in a double espresso!

They all seem to taste better in Spain? Soberano as well worth a look, my local tapas place sells it for £3 for a single, 2 euros in Spain for three times as much? Rip-off Britain once again.
