Been looking at performance underwear etc just interested what people wear....

I wear a thin pair of boxer shorts or some padded cycling underwear I got out of Aldi but plenty of folk go commando

proper cycling shorts do not require 'unders'

an IME riding any distance with 'unders' is not a good idea.

maybe a pootle for a few miles but no more.

Commando, as well, except for when it's very cold, then I use winter boxers, cos 1mm of lycra ain't a lot to protect your old boy in the wind-chill factor.

well i went for a ride today commando, and tbh it was far more comfortable. Espicially with the chamois cream.

I usually wear my boxers and padded shorts (I have a Enduro pair and a Lidl pair, surprisingly I find the lidl pair better)
