We did a camper van last year... me, the missus, 2 out 3 of our offspring (the other was away on a school trip) and the dog... it was a small van, and 2 weeks was a bit much, but the first 10 days or so were fab... went to Peak District then N Wales... dog slept at out feet, kids 'upstairs' in the van... great fun, but like I said, 2 weeks was a bit long...

Had my MTB on the back (late decision not to take everyone's bikes...couldn't get 4 on it, and the kids weren't that bothered) so I got some great cycling in, esp in N.Wales.

How much does it cost to Oldham?
I know its not a holiday but she n me went to chester zoo today and it was brill. Walked about the place for nigh on five hours and didnt see the same thing twice. Not only that but didnt get spanked for cash at every turn and saw the lions getting thier dinner.

And there was a baby effelump on show. 17 quid a head and i don't feel bummed. Some might complain about that but not me.
