I have an old 9 speed Tiagra triple groupset and a fairly low mileage Shimano RS 10 wheelset lying around along with various other bits. So the question is what frame to buy to build up a budget road bike? The bike will be a commuter and hack, the carbon can then have a rest. Possibilities springing to mind are Dolan or Ribble both seem excellent vfm albeit I did break my last Ribble frame. Anyone got any other suggestions for a value frame set?

Cheers folks

There's one here in a few different sizes. Not sure what your budget is...

That is similar to the Dolan http://www.dolan-bikes.com/Aluminium Road FrameSets/Preffisio FrameSet/Dolan Preffisio Frameset

My budget is cheap as possible, so I can keep swmbo happy and I want to avoid the second hand route. I don't want a tank though as I tend to ride in the hills and even my commute is lets say lumpy.
