Saw the very same chavved up Beemer that nearly offed me parked up with - guess what - no tax.

One visit to the DVLA's 'report a car with no tax' website, and all is well with the world.

They couldn’t do that – all the motorists would start crying and the The Daily Mail would have start up a campaign on behalf of the “victimisation of good honest motorists” … and how it was just a cynical stealth tax…etc etc
