Never had a caffeine energy drink of any sort as I'd rather have a coffee, but that may change as I was given these as promotional freebies while walking through London today.
Are they worth the effort, or is a cuppa better?

you tell us.

I'm particularly interested in what effort is involved. Pulling the tab to open it?

Been to Benidorm, got pissed, woke up had bacon, egg, chips, and lager for breakfast. Then went on the piss again!😁 😬

Yeah - never done that

never even been to Benidorm

I know someone who has and came back complaining that they were in an apartment with a balcony
and the people in the one above urinated on their balcony and it ran down onto theirs

which just confirmed all I suspected about Benidorm!!!

Probably confirmed what the locals suspected about British tourists.

As one of the things I haven't done is drink alcohol, what's the difference between lager and beer?

Lager is a type of beer.

There are technical reasons to do with the type of yeast and fermentation that define lager. I don't know anything about it. Top vs bottom fermentation whatever that means. Lager tends to be lighter and fizzier.

You're in the home of top quality lager type beer, the deadly thing about it though is that it's that good it doesn't give you a hangover.

The stuff you've got over there pees all over British so called lagers like Carling, I love the German Kolsh, Helles, and Pilsner styles, plus Bock if I'm there at the right time of year.

I go to Hildesheim occasionally for work and always enjoy myself.

Driven to a shop less than a mile away.

Ive Just driven to the coop..... a 1.5 mile round trip.
I was quite ill yesterday and slept literally all day till 1900 with the result that I only slept 2 hours last night.
I normally put my rucksack on, enjoy the walk and carry my shopping home on my back. If its light rain I get togged up.
Today, in this heat I was worried in case I got half way and couldn't carry on, hence the car.
