I was well aware the comment was made whilst the tongue was inserted in the cheek!

Final play; we've switched the overly-heavy black crankset for an orange one, saving 280g in the process. Also fitted silver brake holders with orange pads. Our work here is done:

We could, but have used a half-link chain which works pretty well. An orange chain would be single link only.

Thanks, and so do I. But it's getting a 15 year-old riding a classic bike. He's already had loads of questions and even had a radio interview at a charity ride.
