Haven't got (bulb) onions and shallots in yet, but they'll go in soon.
Jerusalem artichokes are in. First sowings of peas and broad beans looking happy enough. Garlic over-wintered and doing fine.
Sowed onion seeds, garlic chives, welsh onions, cauliflowers, cabbages and collared greens in trays.
Ground prep nearly done; one bed left to do.
Still harvesting carrots, leeks, parsnips, Jerusalem artichokes, leaf beet, cabbage, kale, and started on Spring salads now (chickweed, chives, three cornered leek, crow garlic, alexanders, sorrel, etc.). Still eating stored garlic, pumpkins, squashes, potatoes and turnips. Soft fruit, beans and peas still in freezer.
Ample stocks of dried shrooms still.
Nearly everything running late this year. Much later Spring than normal.
