thats what I thought , it just didn't feel like 30.
thats why i went out later in the car and "tested" the sign, under 30 it doesn't activate. When i was using the MTB i regularly got 25mph without much effort on the flat . apparently my roadbike with its skinny tyres means i get better efficacy.
Maybe the tops of your wheels are activating the sign? I don't know your camera well enough to be able to judge what speed it's showing. You could do a time and distance calculation to work out your actual speed, yes?
