what is this Cannondale

This bike is advertised as a Cannondale BMX, XL (58.5cm), but the frame looks more like a road bike to me, and the tires look as if they may be 23 - however, I'm not too familiar with Cannondale. Does anyone have any insight?

Looks like a 2015 Cannondale Quick 5 Hybrid.

The advertiser is obviously not familiar with bicycle types. If you're thinking of buying check its not stolen. Probably 28c tyres.

Thanks for the helpful input. Yes, I now have additional pics. It is definitely a Quick.
The frame is an XL(58.5cm) - I'm about 5' 9", so perhaps this frame is too large for me?
The rims are Taiwanese, 622 16C - but the tires seem to me to be at least 23
Seller is asking about $400

It's too big for you. Meant for someone 6' plus.
You might be okay on the standover due to the sloping top tube but other dimensions might not suit.

Front wheel is way off centre in the forks. You need to check that out before handing over any cash.

Good spot @I like Skol . Looking more closely the bottom of the right hand fork leg seems to have some damage so perhaps the fork is twisted.
On the question of value I don't think they were much more than $400 when new.
