Other than English...

French and Spanish fluently. I can hold a conversation in German and Portuguese.

I can read Latin too if that counts?

French to a reasonable holiday / basic conversation standard.
German, Spanish and Italian to a basic holiday standard.
Anywhere I go - Please, thank you, can I have, a few numbers and names for things.

I first went to Austria with five other people. It took ages before I knew any German numbers higher than six.
Speaking Italian with a lisp will get you quite a long way in Spain, apparently.
And - the easiest Portuguese beer to pronounce was Super Bock. I drank it all week

On a point of clarification, Super Bock was the only *beer* I drank.
I did get through a worrying amount of wine and port too!

Rusty Afrikaans, terrible Dutch

My problem has always been that my accent and fluency in speaking either was convincing enough that people would assume I understood well too but that was never the case

Fluent Italian and English (with a Scottish/Italian accent, can also read and write in both.
Basic German, can read it but not write it.
Basic Greek with a Cypriot accent lol, can read some, not write any.
Can communicate in French and Spanish using some of their words plus Italian: works without fail!
I can swear fluently in Italian, English, Polish and Greek
