In good weather, i.e. anything not icy, then my Beone Diablo Race with Ultegra groupset. In really foul weather, or ice, it's my boardman performance hybrid with spike tyres (slicks if not icy).

I commute on a cheap Viking Road fixie, weighs a ton but I can lock it up in the bike shed all day without worrying about it too much.
