I have been on RL Fans for quite a while now *Rugby League to those who neither know or care* & have just this evening signed up to GermanShepherds.Com with the username Sir Lancelot.

I frequent RL Fans quite often but nowhere near the time spent here & the GSD forum appears to be USA based & I shall be an infrequent visitor, just to garner knowledge before taking the plunge on a GSD of my own.

Can't beat CC for kicks though.

Edit.

I am a member of a USA based Les Paul forum too *for devotees of LP guitars* but I can't remember my password or username.

CNCZone, a huge engineers site based in the US. A lot of the members are retired engineers who have a vast amount of experience and are more than willing to share it with others. A quite amazing place to visit, and they are unswervingly polite, even when discussing politics with people with whom they obviously don't see eye to eye. It doesn't seem to be particularly heavily moderated either.

I have a look at Mumsnet sometimes. Once in a while there's stuff on there that has me helpless with laughter.

Perfectly withinin the bounds of acceptability unless you accidentally fall onto his penis while drinking tea in the same room.
There is a really attractive man in my yoga class, and I always position my mat so that I am in a position to look at his bum when he bends over. My husband will remain unaware of this unless I start talking in my sleep.

I sometimes go on Digital Spy to see what the mood music is regarding certain tv shows. I used to be a member of a school governor forum but haven't been on since packing the role in.

Oh God, I love forums!
Football, there is bluemoon, and RAWK when I fancy a laugh (Red and White Kop, a liverpool forum that is constantly in meltdown )
Hifi there is wigwam, pinkfish, naimaudio and av forums
Photography there is froknowsphoto and other odd ones
Cycling, here is the main one, with odd forays into singletrack and bikeradar
Mumsnet is also good for a laugh (and some advice, occasionally)

I have a presence on road cc and bikeradar but don't post much there.

I dabble on the sci tech and gardening forums here.

I'm on nonleaguezone but barely post and Welcome to Sparta (Blyth Spartans) forum but that has passed its heyday and lives as much on fb & twitter

Car4play http://www.car4play.com/forum/ a rebel offshoot from the Telegraph linked Honest John motoring forum. Originally motoring based but now more than 50% general chat.

Quite entertaining but a bit like the Monday Club for political views. Being a cycling lefty I'm often a lone voice but they're a friendly crowd really and collectively very knowledgeable if advice is sought on pretty much anything.
