What sort of chain for my old 10 speed Raleigh?

Sup lads and ladies. Chain is waaaaay stretched on an old Raleigh Ace (Not record ace) I picked up a while ago. It is 10 speed (2 up front 5 in the back). It's my old beater bike/about town so doesn't need to be anything fancy or super light. Thanks.

Something that has just occurred to me - Does my chain wear tool show it as being stretched because the chain is that old that it uses some different sizing or something?

Looks like a 7 speed will do it. Wonder if cassettes are easy to come by...

Nice one. I've changed a single speed free wheel before. Is it a similar procedure?
