What spd walkable shoes are you wearing on/off the bike?

My nike walkable roadshoes have been excellent but are now in need of replacing. I like the idea of spd shoes I can wear on the bike that look like trainers or shoes that wont look or feel out of place in a pub etc off the bike as well. The need to be hard wearing for use on a tour. So what do you use?

I like the look of the spesh shoes...just cant get them in 48-49...same for the shimano

If you have wide(ish) feet, these are very comfortable on the bike and everywhere else. Ladders , pavements, you name it.

Comfortable and light, and good to walk in, as well (not that I do too much of that, you understand).

I have just got a pair of Northwave Drifters GTX but my planned off-bike walking is more of the climbing grante rock type than into the pub so probably not what you are looking for

ha ha...no it didn't...dales cycles cocked up but have apologised nicely....went to lbs and shelled out for a apir of spech tahoes....just the job.

I'm sure you will be happy with them, I've had mine 4 years and they have been very good.....however they are as waterproof as a teabag so a pair of overshoes or sealskins is advisable
