If you think that, then I expect you to come to a full stop and let me get off the bike and onto the verge and past you before you proceed, yes?
When the common single track road courtesies are extended by both parties this situation very seldom arises.
 
Bad drivers are bad drivers..

What annoys me most is the failure to use passing points.

Drivers who could wait a few seconds at a point where the road has been widened to allow passing, yet sail on by and then expect other people to compensate for their stupidity and selfishness

There's a lot of willy waving going on, I suspect.
You must have a suspicious mind. I'm still alive after more than 50 years of cycling and I don't wave my willy at anyone unless I know them extremely well.
How I ride is pretty much how I drive - assertively but not aggressively. No drama.
